In 2026, after 28 years in Human Resources leadership roles, Lisa Bella established Bellavanti Consulting with the vision of helping organizations "avanti" - advance their HR initiatives.
Lisa is a SHRM-Certified professional with a Master of Science in Organizational Change Leadership from the University of Wisconsin–Platteville (2019), a graduate level certificate in HR Management from the University of Wisconsin–Stout (2007), and a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from the University of Wisconsin–Stout (1997).
